Fajita Burger

Another STCU favorite, perfect for those following a keto-diet.  Our special fajita mix (organic chopped bell peppers, onions and fajita spices) mixed into lean ground beef.  We then hand-form a burger patty, sear it on our flat top grill and serve it over our scratch-made Spanish cauliflower “rice” (a carb-free meal).
