Menu Example

At Shut the Chef Up (Now!), it’s all about quality ingredients that you can rely on for great taste.  We use only fresh, organic, good for you ingredients in our recipes.   We know that you care about your body and…what you put in it.  That’s why you came to us in the first place!  Because you care about what you eat and somewhere along the line you realized that you weren’t able to do it all on your own.

All of our meals are approximately 500 calories while each of our snack is approximately 150-200 calories.  If you eat 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, you would be right under the recommended 2,000 calories per day.  (By the time you had coffee or a caloric drink during the day – you’d hit the 2,000 calorie mark!)

Sweet Potato Quiche

Pulled pork nachos: Sweet potatoes, pico, tangy BBQ sauce
