I need to cancel my weekly subscription – how do I do that?

A:

Q:

How will I get the meals that I purchased?

A:

You have the options of either “Pick Up” or “Delivery.”  Pick Up would be at either our locations during the posted delivery times. This is when all food will be ready for you.  If you select the Delivery option, then you can have us deliver to either your home or your work (if you have access to a refrigerator there!). Keep in mind that we deliver until 8 pm on Sundays so please be sure to let us know if you need delivery at your workplace.  If necessary, we can deliver to your workplace on Monday instead during regular business hours.  If you would like us to deliver to your home and you think you may not be home during delivery hours, we ask that you put a cooler out for us to use for your meals.

Q:

What if I know that I am traveling (or otherwise unavailable) and need to pause my subscription?

A:

That’s not a problem at all!  You would need to email us and let us know.  We can “Pause” the subscription and then “Reinstate” it again when you are ready.  Email us at:  support@shutthechefupnow.com
We are sorry there is not a way for you to do this on your own – but the system is such with PayPal that the account owner (Us!) is the one that can pause and restart subscriptions.
